Department of Natural Resources - Assistant Attorney General

The Natural Resources and Environment Section is seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General to start immediately in the Parks, Wildlife and Trust Lands Unit. This position will represent the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife and the Parks and Wildlife Commission (collectively “CPW”) in a general counsel position with focus on transactional and contracting matters.  Primary duties include representation of CPW in transactions, administrative and judicial proceedings and providing advice and counsel to CPW in the development and implementation of its regulatory and parks and wildlife management programs.
