The Stewardship Manager oversees and supports the establishment of, and adherence to, standards, procedures and performance metrics specific to their team. The Stewardship Manager performs administrative and supervisory work to conserve, maintain and enhance the resources and assets that are part of Jefferson County Open Space (JCOS). This position leads and supports staff and resources assigned the Stewardship team staff, including Trail Services, Buildings and Historic Sites, Region Coordinator and a Team Assistant. Plans and implements stewardship and asset management programs, budget, and operations. The Stewardship Manager is a member of the Jefferson County Open Space management team that provides day-to-day leadership of the organization. Reports to the Director of Open Space and Parks.
