Colorado Parks and Wildlife - Real Estate Section Manager VI

This position is responsible for strategic planning, conservation, acquisition, and monitoring of lands in the state of Colorado that meet CPW's mission. This position manages, directs and supervises a staff of seven employees with programmatic responsibilities for all aspects of real estate functions in CPW. Key functions include implementation/oversight of the Colorado Wildlife Habitat Program, Request for Proposals for Land Conservation, Real Estate Action Proposals, State Trust Lands Public Access Program, Term Asset Management Program, DORA Annual Certification Program, Mineral Inventory Project, Mineral Royalty Payment Program, Conservation Easement Monitoring Program, Impact Assistance Grants Program, and database management.
